What if my boat doesn't appear in the event?
Our catalog is built from TracTrac and Vakaros data. If your boat isn't listed, it may be under a different name or the event may not be tracked by those platforms. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
How long does it take to receive the report?
Reports are typically delivered within 48 hours of your request. During busy regatta weekends it may take slightly longer, but we'll keep you posted via email.
Can I request a report for a past event?
Yes, as long as tracking data is still available from TracTrac or Vakaros. Most events remain accessible for at least 12 months after the race.
Is there a discount for multiple events?
Yes. Buy a larger pack for a lower per-event price, or contact us for a full season pass.
What formats are the reports delivered in?
Every report includes an interactive HTML file (with charts, maps, and tooltips you can explore in your browser) and a DOCX document for printing or sharing with your team.
Can I share my report with my crew?
Yes. The HTML file works standalone — share it by email or any file-sharing service. No login required to view it.
