Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Koru Projects ("we") collects when you use korufleet.com, why, and what rights you have. Data controller: Koru Projects, Spain. support@korufleet.com.

• Account data: your email address and a hashed password (we never store the password itself). Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Fleet and activity data: the boats you add or follow and the reports you request. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Purchase data: what you bought and when. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Legal basis: contract and legal obligations (invoicing, tax).
• Transactional email: we send account and report notifications through Brevo (EU provider). Your email address is shared with Brevo solely for that delivery.
• Server logs: IP address and request metadata, kept briefly for security and debugging. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We use only essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a CSRF token to protect forms. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Site analytics run on Plausible, a cookieless, EU-hosted analytics service that does not collect personal data or track you across sites.

Our reports analyse boats competing in public races, identified by their public sporting identity (boat name / sail number). This is publicly available information about a public sporting event, processed under legitimate interest. See our Data Sources & Legal Notice.

Account data is kept while your account exists. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires. Server logs rotate automatically. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data except what we must keep by law.

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to support@korufleet.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es).

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced by email or on the site.
